With their kids grown and out of the house, it was finally time for these clients to turn their attention to themselves and update the primary suite. We designed it to feel like a genuine retreat, luxurious and comfortable at once. Custom bathroom cabinetry gives the space real storage without sacrificing calm, and the upholstered bed was made specifically for the room, sized so the proportions felt exactly right. The materials were chosen to read as understated rather than showy, from the marble surfaces to the furnishings themselves. The result is a bedroom and bath that feel considered in every detail and easy to live in.
